(IMDG/CFR)
This course based on the provisions of
regulation 11-2/54 of SOLAS, 1974 as amended
subsequently, IMDG code 2000 edition and the IMO Model course
1.10 - Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful Cargoes and 49 CFR Parts 100-185.
Purpose
This course provides training directed at the Mariner,
Port & Terminal Handlers, Freight Forwarders, Shippers, Manufacturer and the Consumer in understanding the terminology,
classification, packaging, labeling of Dangerous cargoes.
The course covers, the theory necessary for understanding the complete handling processes from start including documentation, Emergency Response in case of an incident and Medical First Aid.
The Program is divided into 9
modules which include:

US of DG List, UN Number Index, & Ltd. Qty

Packing & Tank Provisions

Consignment Procedures

DG Declaration and Container Packing Certificate

Import/Export
